In this form, you will: 1) Provide your information 2) Agree to the borrower's waiver and identification. 3) Select the tools you want to borrow. 4) Select your desired pickup and return date. (Please note, Solana Center staff will confirm your pick up date within 1-2 days of your request.)

I acknowledge that the lending period for borrowed tools is 7 days after I have taken the tool(s) from Solana Center's site. I may receive a 1-week extension to the lending period only after receiving written or verbal approval from Solana Center staff. If tools are not returned by the agreed-upon due date, each tool will incur a late fee of $1 per day, up to the fair market value of the tool(s). I agree to pay the late fee and/or replacement cost for the tools(s) if required.

I acknowledge the innate risk and danger of using power tools and sharp objects. I do hereby for myself, on behalf of my successors and assigns, in consideration of being permitted to borrow tools, waive any and all claims against Solana Center for Environmental Innovation for any injury or injuries of any nature that I may suffer or incur in the use of the tools I am borrowing.

I do hereby for myself, on behalf of my successors and assigns, in consideration of being permitted to borrow tools, agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless Solana Center for Environmental Innovation, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, loss, claims, and demands, actions or causes of action for the death or injury to any persons and for any property damage suffered or incurred by any person which arises or may arise or be occasioned in any way from the use of the tools I am borrowing from the Solana Center for Environmental Innovation’s tool lending library.
